Basil Watermelon Drink
TOOLS and EQUIPMENT:
Measuring Cup and Spoons
YIELD: 4 – 5 Servings
½ cup Fresh Basil Leaves
3 lbs Watermelon, seedless
1 tbs Honey or Agave Nectar (optional)
- Blanch basil leaves in hot water for 30 seconds. Remove and immediately place into ice water.
- Peel watermelon and dice into small pieces.
- In a blender add basil leaves, water and honey.
- Blend on high setting.
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
