Ingredients

  • ½ cup Silken Tofu

  • 4 oz. Vanilla Yogurt (dairy or non-dairy alternative)

  • 1 large Apple, peeled, cored, and diced

  • 2 oz. Apple Juice

  • ¼ tsp. Cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp. Nutmeg

  • 1 tbs. Rolled Oats

  • 1 tbsp. Honey

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  • Pour over ice and enjoy!
