Ingredients

  • Salad Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded Butternut Squash

  • 1 large Granny Smith Apple

  • Dressing Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Orange Juice

  • 1/3 cup Oil

  • ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp. Honey

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp. prepared mustard

  • 1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  • Combine dressing in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the butternut squash and apple.
  • Toss and chill.
