Ingredients
- Salad Ingredients
2 cups shredded Butternut Squash
1 large Granny Smith Apple
- Dressing Ingredients
3/4 cup Orange Juice
1/3 cup Oil
½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Honey
½ tsp. salt
pepper to taste
½ tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Combine dressing in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the butternut squash and apple.
- Toss and chill.
