Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh snap peas, snip the ends, wash and dry

  • ½ cup julienned carrot

  • 1 tbsp canola, safflower, or grapeseed oil

  • 2 tsp fresh minced ginger

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1½ tbsp teriyaki sauce

Directions

  • In a large skillet or wok heat the oil.
  • Sauté the snap peas and carrots until tender.
  • Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add the teriyaki sauce and sauté for 30 seconds.
