Ingredients
1 lb fresh snap peas, snip the ends, wash and dry
½ cup julienned carrot
1 tbsp canola, safflower, or grapeseed oil
2 tsp fresh minced ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1½ tbsp teriyaki sauce
Directions
- In a large skillet or wok heat the oil.
- Sauté the snap peas and carrots until tender.
- Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the teriyaki sauce and sauté for 30 seconds.
