Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumkin Puree, canned

  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp. Nutmeg

  • 1 cup Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)

  • ½ cup Water

  • 2 tbsp. Tahini

  • 2 tbsp. Honey

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a blender or food processor, add pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Add chickpeas and water.  Blend until smooth; add tahini, honey and oil. 
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Tip: Great with pita chips/bread
