1 cup Pumkin Puree, canned
½ tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
1 cup Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)
½ cup Water
2 tbsp. Tahini
2 tbsp. Honey
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, add pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add chickpeas and water. Blend until smooth; add tahini, honey and oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
