Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Lentils, drained and rinsed

  • 1 Carrot, peeled and diced

  • 2 Celery Stalks, diced

  • 2 Radishes, diced

  • 1 tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

  • A pinch of Fennel Seed

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Toss gently and completely.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
