Ingredients
8 cups Mixed Greens of your choice
½ cup Chopped Avocado
2 tbs. Sunflower Seeds 3
Clementines, peeled and sectioned
2 tbs. minced Red Onion
1 tbs. Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
Directions
- Whisk the vinegar, oil, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Combine all other ingredients in another bowl and toss.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the salad ingredients and toss again. Enjoy!
