Ingredients

  • 8 cups Mixed Greens of your choice 

  • ½ cup Chopped Avocado

  • 2 tbs. Sunflower Seeds 3

  • Clementines, peeled and sectioned

  • 2 tbs. minced Red Onion

  • 1 tbs. Red Wine Vinegar

  • 2 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • ¼ tsp. Kosher Salt

Directions

  • Whisk the vinegar, oil, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine all other ingredients in another bowl and toss.
  • Pour the liquid mixture over the salad ingredients and toss again. Enjoy!
