Ingredients

  • 2-15.5 oz. cans Chickpeas, drained and rinsed 6 oz. bag of Baby Spinach

  • 1⁄4 cup Tahini

  • 1⁄4 cup Fresh Lemon Jioce

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced 1⁄4 cup Water

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
  • Serve with whole grain pita chips or raw vegetables
