Ingredients

  • 1 block of Firm Tofu Strips

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Oregano

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 425F
  • Cut a block of firm tofu into strips.
  • Gently toss strips in olive oil, garlic powder, oregano and a touch of sea salt.
  • Place evenly on a greased pan.
  • Roast in oven until brown and crisp on bottom side (approx 30 mins)
