Farm Fresh Farro Salad


Measuring Cups and Spoons

Cutting Board


2 Mixing bowls


Salad Ingredients

1 cup farro, cooked
1 cucumber, diced small
3-4 radishes, diced small
2 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Dressing Ingredients

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
A pinch of Salt


In a mixing bowl, combine the farro, the cucumbers, the radishes and the mint.

In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk until blended.

Pour the dressing over the cucumber and radish mixture and toss gently.

TIP: Top with grilled chicken, chick peas or some avocado for a complete meal!
