DIRECTIONS
Blanch basil leaves in hot water for 30 seconds. Remove and immediately place into ice water.
Peel watermelon and dice into small pieces.
In a blender add basil leaves, water and honey.
Blend on high setting.
Pour over ice and enjoy!

½ cup Fresh Basil Leaves
3 lbs Watermelon, seedless
1 tbs Honey or Agave Nectar (optional)
