Pumpkin Hummus

All pumkin everything! 

Enjoy this Pumkin Hummus at all your fall festivities!



1 cup Pumkin Puree, canned

½ tsp. Cinnamon

¼ tsp. Nutmeg

1 cup Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)

½ cup Water

2 tbsp. Tahini

2 tbsp. Honey

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Salt and pepper to taste


In a blender or food processor, add pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Add chickpeas and water.  Blend until smooth; add tahini, honey and oil. 

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Tip: Great with pita chips/bread.
