1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 lime, juiced
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cumin powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine peaches, jicama and chickpeas.
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing into the medium bowl and toss completely.
Add the avocado and fold in gently.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
