Colorful and Crunchy Lentil Salad

TOOLS and EQUIPMENT:

Peeler

Knife

Measuring spoons

Yield:3-4 servings

Ingredients

1 can Black Lentils, drained and rinsed

1 Carrot, peeled and diced


2 Celery Stalks, diced


2 Radishes, diced


1 tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp Olive Oil


2 tbsp Lemon Juice


1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

A pinch of Fennel Seed

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Toss gently and completely.


Serve cold and enjoy!
