Apple Pie Smoothie

TOOLS and EQUIPMENT:

Cutting Board

Knife

Measuring Spoons

Blender

YIELD: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Silken Tofu

4 oz. Vanilla Yogurt (dairy or non-dairy alternative)

1 large Apple, peeled, cored, and diced

2 oz. Apple Juice

¼ tsp. Cinnamon

¼ tsp. Nutmeg

1 tbs. Rolled Oats

1 tbsp. Honey

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

Pour over ice and enjoy!
