Try these easy baked tofu strips!
1 block of Firm Tofu Strips
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
Preheat your oven to 425F
Cut a block of firm tofu into strips.
Gently toss strips in olive oil, garlic powder, oregano and a touch of sea salt.
Place evenly on a greased pan.
Roast in oven until brown and crisp on bottom side (approx 30 mins)
