Italian Green Bean Salad

Try this flavorful Italian green bean salad for a light,

delicious dinner dish that will carry over to lunch the next day!


Salad Ingredients
1/2 lb string beans, cleaned and steamed
1/2 bulb of fennel, sliced thinly into strips
1 pint of grape tomatoes, sliced

Dressing Ingredients

1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp whole fennel seeds
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp dried oregano
Salt to taste


In a large salad bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Pour dressing over salad and toss until completely coated.
